DIY Chalkboard Paint, update: It really works, people!!

The proof is in the pudding as they say!

So this is an update to my blog posted earlier today. I was wondering if the DIY chalkboard paint really works.The boy is down for a nap and I went downstairs to check my paint. It is already dry (I painted it about 3 hours ago, I thought it would have taken longer to dry!) I wrote on it with sidewalk chalk, and here are the results. $5.43 spent and I am pleased! And you wonder what the kids think? (I did this while they were at school) They both screamed when they saw it, I guess that means they like it!

And it erases nicely too! (I just used a wet rag to erase, you can see that it is wet, and dries well. No paint on rag.)
